My Sun and Stars Project brings celestial imagery into art for the wall and art you can carry. Suns, moons, and stars become starting points for exploring texture, color, and changing light.
Across the project, I work with mixed media materials including resin, mica, sand, paint, and grout. Each material contributes a different quality to the surface. Shimmer, raised details, and luminous pigments give these imagined worlds more than one way to be seen.
A little universe in everyday life
Celestial forms invite both familiarity and imagination. A sun can suggest warmth or energy. A moon can feel quiet or mysterious. Stars offer countless ways to arrange a small world. I explore those associations through abstract compositions and sculptural accessories.
Blue Sun carries the idea onto canvas. The Moon, Sunburst, and Stars clutches bring it into objects that can travel with you. Together, they show how one theme can take several forms.

Look again when the light changes
The ordinary light photographs reveal color, texture, and sculptural details. Glow photographs show the luminous elements in darkness. The Sunburst Clutch also has a blacklight photograph, showing its response to ultraviolet illumination.
Compare the views and notice which details become more prominent. A composition can feel different when your attention shifts from its surface to its luminous pattern.
Carry the story forward
My Sun and Stars Project is part of my wider exploration of cosmic imagery across canvas, sculpture, jewelry, and accessories. The portfolios below offer more ways to explore that universe.
